Our products must be used as intended.

Magnet-mounted components supplied by TOPA Products are designed as a stabilising aid only and are not intended to independently support or secure loads.

All permanent or structural mounting methods (including screws, bolts, or fasteners) are:

  • Selected at the discretion of the installer

  • Used at the installer’s own risk

  • The sole responsibility of the person fitting the product

TOPA Products is not responsible for:

  • The suitability of mounting surfaces or materials

  • Failure of fasteners, fixings, or mounting methods

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all products are installed securely and are suitable for the intended application.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOPA Products is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse

  • Loss or damage to vehicles, equipment, or personal property

  • Injury resulting from improper use of our products

Returns & Refunds
